. Why we are

The organization SYM was initiated in the year 1997 has a response to address local governance and charity issues. The members of the SYM were members of a youth group, which later got converted into a society with focus on development and disability issues. The members of the society are all young and committed to the cause of empowering the marginalized and seeking RIGHTS of the people. The membership of the society has 2 women members and also from minority community.
The organisations mission is to "Work in favour of the most exploited, excluded, disadvantaged, victimized and marginalized poor Organization has the entire legal document for getting grant. Organization has skilled and committed staff for the cause. Organization has capacity for financial and programme management. Organization has good report with district admin and community. It has a deep concern on child issues.
Well-experienced staff and organization has completed project successfully with reputed agencies.
We believe in participatory planning, Monitoring, and evolutions to maintain the transparency.
Organization has good relationship with other like-minded rganization and govt.
The organisation is involved in demanding ramps for every school in its work area for the support of disabled children . It has filed a petition under RTI '05 to know how many schools has constructed ramps in the schools and how much money has been spent on it.
